Thank you for considering Royal Durban for your golf day.
Here at Royal Durban, we work on a sliding scale when it comes to green fees. The more players you bring, the less you pay per person. Final numbers need to be confirmed and paid for 1 week prior to the event to secure the best rate for your golf day.
GREEN FEES
Group of 61-80 players - R350 p.p
(Thursdays & Tuesdays Only)
Group of 81-100 players - R330 p.p
Group of 100+ players - R310 p.p
Course closure / Shotgun surcharge R10,000.00 min 100+ players

Morning Field: 06h30 - 08h15
Afternoon Field: 11h00 - 12h45
CARTS
R420.00 per cart
All RDGC golf carts may be booked to the master account, subject to pre-authorisation by Taryn.
Each player is required to sign an indemnity form upon collection of the cart key at the Pro Shop.
All cart bookings must be arranged through the Pro Shop, and the event organiser is responsible for informing players accordingly.
No adhesive stickers, branding, or props may be placed on the golf carts under any circumstances.
HALFWAY HOUSE
Our brilliant halfway house, Exploring Coffee, offers a variety of vouchers to suit every budget. Contact Vincent at vinny@exploringcoffee.co.za and she will be more than happy to assist you with any halfway requirements.
SPONSORS
Should you have sponsors on the course, all liquid refreshments must be purchased from the club. The organiser of golf day will receive order forms. Please ensure that the sponsors place their orders at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Light snacks such as biltong, peanuts, chips, and chocolates are allowed.
Any items more substantial, such as platters, boerewors rolls, sandwiches etc., must be ordered from our halfway house, Exploring Coffee. They can contact Vincent at vinny@exploringcoffee.co.za for more information.
VENUES - PRIZE GIVING
A complimentary venue will be provided for registration and/or the prize-giving area, subject to change without prior notice.
Main Hall: Our main hall can accommodate 154 people but can be tailored to suit any size.
View Room: Our view room is perfect for small, intimate prize giving’s and can accommodate 40 people.
CATERING
Main Hall, Bar and View Room
Chat to our fantastic on-site caterer, Carissa, from Bleu Berri Catering, who does all our golf day catering in our main hall. You can contact Carissa at carissa@bleuberri.co.za, and they will be happy to assist you with all your catering requirements for the prize giving function.
Bar or Course
Should you wish to hold your prize giving in the bar (limited to 30 people), contact Vincent from Exploring Coffee and he will be more than happy to assist you with any of your catering requests. You can contact him at: vinny@exploringcoffee.co.za.
